PRS Factory Tour Order Model、最新スペックを搭載したPrivate Stockが遂に入荷!! 2016年7月に石橋楽器店のスタッフのみで米国メリーランド州スティーブンスヴィル、PRS Factoryを訪問し、入念なミーティングを重ねた上でオーダーを行ったスペシャルなモデル群。

その中より、極上のキルトトップを用いた美しい一本が入荷！ コンセプトはずばり「水面から見上げる夕日」、その言葉の通りの非常に美しい仕上がりになっております。

なんといっても最初に目に付くのは美しい夕日をイメージした指板、2016年、Private Stockの20周年を記念し発表された『Guitar of the Month』の中の4月モデルで採用されたBirds of a Featherを早くもオーダー、鳥の大群が羽ばたいていく様子をエボニー材とカーリーメイプル材で表現しております。

また指板のカラーにはSunset Fadeを採用し、夕日の空に鳥が羽ばたいていく様を見事に表現しております。

ボディはLaguna Dragon's Breathカラーを選択、グラデーションで仕上げられた鮮やかな水色は角度によって表情を変え、深く、太く浮き上がった極上のキルトトップは揺れた水面を最大限に表現しております。

本器はCustom24モデルをベースに製作、通常はマホガニーを使用するネック材にはHonduran Rosewoodを採用。

バック材にはマホガニーを採用し、バックプレートも同材にてマッチングさせております。

さらにブリッジにはプレートやサドル、取り付けネジにまで改良が加えられたGenIII Tremoloをベースにしつつカルロス・サンタナの所有機に搭載されている事でも話題になったロッキングサドルを搭載。

従来のものと比較して、チューニングの精度が向上したのは言わずもがな、より滑らかで軽いアーミングのタッチやクリアな質感等、一味違ったものとなっております。

ピックアップには最新のヴィンテージ系ピックアップである『58/15』を搭載、弱過ぎず、強過ぎない絶妙に設定されたアウトプットや、癖が無くレスポンスに優れ、万遍なくニュアンスを拾い上げてくれる点等、サウンドもPrivate Stockクオリティに仕上げっております。

木材はすべて担当者自らがPRS Factoryの数百枚の木材より厳選、こだわりにこだわり抜いた極上の一本がここに完成いたしました。
